Final Print File Mockup
Once your design mockup is approved, we will send you a Final Print File Mockup to review and approve before printing begins.
Approving your design mockup does not mean production has started. Please continue checking your email and text messages for the final review from our team.
The Final Print File Mockup shows how your artwork is prepared for printing, including colors, logos, names, numbers, placement, and individual fabric panels before sewing. This is your final opportunity to review these details and request corrections before printing.
Approval timing: Delays in responding or providing approvals will delay production and may push back any previously agreed production schedule or delivery date.
Important: Your order is not cleared for printing until you have reviewed and approved the Final Print File Mockup. Your final roster, required payment, and internal print-file checks must also be complete.

Approve or request corrections
Use the review link we send by email and, when enabled, text. Check every file and PDF page, production color, logo, name, number, spelling, sleeve, collar, trim and placement. Approve with your full name and the approval checkbox, or enter what needs fixing and choose Request Corrections. Our team reviews your notes and sends updated files for a new approval.
No response is not approval. Printing waits for your final approval and the other order requirements. Digital screens and fabric may display colors differently; review the actual production codes listed on your order.
