A useful pool shirt starts with fit and a clear layout. Tell us how you like a shirt to sit when you reach across the table, then use the size chart for the actual garment you choose. We can keep the main team name on the back and place a smaller room or sponsor logo on the chest, with each player's name easy to read.
For a billiard room with several teams, start with one design direction and identify which teams need different colorways. We will confirm quantities for each design before the order is finalized. A free team store can let players choose sizes and pay individually, with the group's production schedule agreed before ordering opens.
Choose a shirt that fits your event
Pool tournaments and local leagues can have different collar, sleeve, and logo requirements. Send the organizer's current dress code with your request. We will build the proof around it; the event organizer remains the authority on whether your uniform is accepted.
What to send for your free pool shirt design
Include your team or pool room name, colors, estimated quantity, shirt style, sponsor artwork, and the date the shirts must arrive. A sketch or inspiration photo is welcome. Before production, review the front and back artwork and confirm every player's name and size.

How Your Custom Order Works
1. Share your idea
Send your team name, colors, logos, quantity, shirt style, and required arrival date. We prepare a free design proof.
2. Approve the details
Review the artwork, confirm sizes and player names, and complete the deposit. Production starts once all three are complete.
3. Produce and deliver
Allow 3 weeks for standard production, plus shipping. Local pickup is available in Ocala. Confirm any rush before ordering.

How much are custom pool team shirts?
Custom pool polos are $35 each. Crew-neck jerseys are $28, long-sleeve shirts are $32, and heavyweight hoodies are $45. Custom sublimated artwork, player names, and sponsor logos are included. Tax and shipping are additional.
What is the minimum order for billiard shirts?
The minimum is 6 pieces per custom design. You can order different sizes within that design. If your playing team is smaller, ask about including captains, substitutes, or supporters in the same order.
Can every player have a different name on the shirt?
Yes. Player names or nicknames can vary while the team artwork stays consistent. Submit the exact spelling and placement for each player and check them on your final roster and proof.
Will these shirts meet my pool tournament's dress code?
Requirements vary by organizer and event. Share the current requirements before selecting a crew neck or polo. We do not describe these shirts as officially approved by any pool league.
How do we choose sizes?
Use the size chart for your chosen garment and compare it with a shirt that already fits comfortably. Tell us if you need youth sizes or larger adult sizes so we can confirm the available range before ordering.
How long do custom pool shirts take?
Standard production is 3 weeks after your final proof, final roster, and deposit are complete. Shipping time is additional. Tell us your in-hand date before ordering; a confirmed 2-week rush is $100 for 1-49 pieces or $150 for 50 or more pieces.
Can players pay individually or reorder later?
Ask us to set up a free team store for individual size selection and payment. For a later reorder, send the original order or design reference; we will confirm the current minimum, price, and production schedule before you pay.
