How Your Custom Order Works
1. Share your idea
Send your team name, colors, logos, quantity, shirt style, and required arrival date. We prepare a free design proof.
2. Approve the details
Review the artwork, confirm sizes and player names, and complete the deposit. Production starts once all three are complete.
3. Produce and deliver
Allow 3 weeks for standard production, plus shipping. Local pickup is available in Ocala. Confirm any rush before ordering.

How much do custom pickleball shirts cost?
Dry-fit practice-weight shirts are $25 each, crew-neck jerseys are $28, custom polos are $35, and long-sleeve shirts are $32. Sublimated club artwork, player names, and sponsor logos are included. Tax and shipping are additional.
What is the difference between the $25 shirt and $28 jersey?
The $25 option is a lightweight practice-weight dry-fit shirt. The $28 option is a crew-neck jersey with a choice of mesh or dry-fit material. Tell us how you will use the shirts so we can confirm the right garment and size chart.
What is the minimum club order?
The minimum is 6 pieces per custom design. Members can select different sizes and names within the shared design. Separate team colorways or garment combinations should be confirmed with us before ordering.
Can each member choose a size and pay individually?
Yes. A free club store can handle individual size selection and payment. We will agree on the ordering window, minimum quantity, and production schedule before you share it with members.
Can we add our club logo, sponsors, and player names?
Yes. Those elements are included when sublimated into the approved artwork. Send your logo files, preferred colors, and exact player names. Embroidery or specialty finishes are quoted separately.
Can we see the design and check sizing first?
Yes. You receive a free design proof before production. Use the size guide for your selected style, and compare it with a shirt that fits. Ask us about sample availability and shipping if your club wants to assess fit or fabric in person.
How long does a custom pickleball order take?
Standard production is 3 weeks after your final print-file sign-off, final roster, and deposit are complete. Shipping time is additional. Tell us your in-hand date before ordering; a confirmed 2-week rush is $100 for 1-49 pieces or $150 for 50 or more pieces.
Do you serve pickleball clubs in The Villages?
Yes. We work with clubs in The Villages, Ocala, and the rest of Central Florida. Local pickup is available in Ocala; shipping is available nationwide.
