Every hat is embroidered right here in our Ocala shop - in-stock styles are usually ready in a couple of days (about a week if we need to order your blanks in).

3D Puff or Flat Embroidery
3D Puff Embroidery
Bold, raised stitching that pops off the cap - the look you see on pro ball caps. Best for big letters, numbers, and simple logos that should read from the bleachers.
Flat Embroidery
Crisp, detailed stitching for full-color logos, mascots, and fine text. Durable, washable, and sharp - ideal for business logos and detailed team crests.

Custom Hat FAQs
Is there a minimum order for custom embroidered hats?+
Custom embroidered hats start at 6 hats per design - same as the rest of our custom gear, since every design takes real digitizing and setup. The price stays flat per hat whether you order 6 or 60.
How much do custom embroidered hats cost?+
Fitted Flexfit caps, snapbacks, and trucker hats are $30, and our water-resistant performance caps are $38. An embroidered number on the back adds $5. Mockups are free; a one-time digitizing fee applies if we create the embroidery file from your logo - bring your own stitch file and there is no fee.
Do you charge a digitizing or setup fee?+
The mockup is free. If we create the stitch-ready embroidery file from your logo, there is a one-time digitizing fee per design. Already have an embroidery file (DST or EMB)? Bring it and there is no fee at all.
Can you do 3D puff embroidery?+
Yes - we do both 3D puff embroidery for bold, raised lettering and flat embroidery for detailed logos. We'll recommend the right style for your artwork on your proof.
How long do custom hats take?+
Hats are embroidered right here in our Ocala shop. When we have your hat style and colors in stock, orders are usually ready in a couple of days; if we need to order the blank hats in, plan on about a week or so. Rush options are available if you're on a deadline.
What logo file do I need?+
Anything works - a PNG, JPG, PDF, or even a photo of your old gear. We redraw and digitize it into a stitch-ready file (one-time digitizing fee), and you approve the result before production. If you already have a DST or EMB embroidery file, send that and skip the fee.
