Custom Embroidery FAQ
How much does custom embroidery cost in Ocala?＋
Embroidered hats run about $25-30 each; polos, jackets, and bags are quoted by the item. There's a one-time digitizing fee to convert your logo into a stitch file (waived if you bring your own embroidery file), and no per-color charges.
Is there a minimum for embroidered items?＋
We ask for a 6-piece minimum per design on hats and apparel so the one-time setup is worth it. Smaller runs are sometimes possible - just ask.
How long does custom embroidery take?＋
Because we stitch in-house in Ocala, small orders are often ready in a few days and larger runs in a week or two after you approve the proof.
Do you offer 3D puff embroidery?＋
Yes - flat or raised 3D puff embroidery on caps, your choice. We'll show you both on the proof if you're not sure.
Can you embroider hats and apparel I supply?＋
We usually embroider our own quality blanks (Flexfit, Pacific Headwear, and similar) so the stitch-out looks its best and holds up, but reach out about supplied goods and we'll let you know.
