Return and Exchange Policy

At Slugger Athletics, we take pride in creating high-quality custom uniforms and gear for your team. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have the following policy regarding returns and exchanges:

All Sales Are Final

Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes
  • Color preferences
  • Design changes
  • Any other non-defect reasons

Exceptions: Manufacturing Defects and Damages

We stand behind the quality of our products. We will immediately take care of the issue if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage. In these cases:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide a detailed description of the defect or damage and clear photos.
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
  4. If we confirm a manufacturing defect or damage, we will either:
    • Replace the item
    • Issue a refund (in rare cases where replacement isn’t possible)

  • Double-check all sizes before finalizing your order
  • Carefully review the design proofs we send for approval
